We are a Purolator Retail Agent!

If you have tracked a parcel to our location, the tracking should indicate that your parcel is available for pickup at The Happy Paper Parlor. Your tracking may still indicate that the location is Penticton, but rest assured that if it has been brought to our location for HOLD FOR PICKUP, then we will not send anything back for a minimum of 5 business days and ONLY if we are unable to make contact with you. Parcels over 50lb are not deliverable to our location and will be held for you at the Penticton Retail Centre.

Parcels are picked up and delivered on weekdays only! There is not a scheduled delivery time BUT 2pm is our standard parcel pickup time! So if you are expecting a delivery, by 2pm it should be on our shelf and ready for collection!

PLEASE NOTE: If you have received a DOOR KNOCKER indicating that we have your parcel—look carefully at the date and time when the parcel is expected to arrive in our store!

Shipping with Purolator

We are able to ship parcels for you as well! AND if you have a Purolator RETURN label provided to you with a barcode, then you can drop your parcel off at our location for pickup.

You must package up your returns yourself for drop-off at our location! We can provide you with a shipping label if you have a QR code!
