We are a Purolator Retail Agent!
We provide shipping services for Purolator, as well as Purolator parcel DropOffs & PickUps!
If you have tracked a parcel to our location, the tracking should indicate that your parcel is available for pickup in Osoyoos at The Happy Paper Parlor. If your parcel has been brought to our location for HOLD FOR PICKUP, then we will not send anything back for a minimum of 5 business days and ONLY if we are unable to make contact with you. Parcels over 50lb are not deliverable to our location and will be held for you at the Penticton Retail Centre.
Parcels are picked up and delivered by Purolator drivers on weekdays only! There is not a scheduled delivery time BUT 2pm is our standard parcel pickup time! So if you are expecting a delivery, by 2pm it should be on our shelf and ready for collection!
PLEASE NOTE: If you have received a DOOR KNOCKER indicating that we have your parcel—look carefully at the date and time when the parcel is expected to arrive in our store!
ALL RETURN PARCELS NEED TO BE FULLY PACKAGED FOR SHIPMENT!
All outgoing parcels need to be fully packaged for drop-off.
We are able to process Purolator QR codes manually but are not able to scan them!
Please bring in your return fully packaged and we will use your 12 digit code to print an outgoing Purolator shipping label for your parcel.

We are able to provide courier services/shipping services through Purolator! For Express service, please go to the Purolator Retail Centre in Penticton.
